J. McGinley Company products are warrantied against defects in material or workmanship for life from the date of purchase. All of our products are engraved with a permanent stamp at the time of purchase (See examples). This warranty does not cover damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or other mishandling.

 

Only the defective component part will be replaced. This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser. The defective part, accompanied by the date and proof of purchase must be returned, freight paid to J. McGinley Company.

If determined to be defective, the replacement part will be returned freight prepaid. J. McGinley Company assumes no responsibility for the cost of installation or removal of any products.

Requests to return merchandise must reference the purchase order number, sales order number and the date of purchase. Upon approval, a Returns Goods Authorization (RGA) number will be issued. No merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization. Returned goods must be in saleable condition. Accepted returns must be returned freight prepaid. All purchases are considered final after 12 months, and will not be accepted for return.
